You can apply for a copy of your Medical Record or a Medical Report by filling out the application form and submiting it to the Secretariat/Protocol, located on the ground floor of the Hospital.

a) the telephone line 1566
The line operates for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and through it you can talk to specialized representatives who provide immediate, understandable and reliable information about available appointments at the Regular Outpatient Clinics of the Hospital.
b) the MyHealth App application
Download and install the application on your mobile phone via Google Play or App Store. To use the MyHealth app, you need to register for the intangible prescription and have a certified mobile phone number through EMEP (or if you have previously issued an electronic declaration of responsibility or authorization through gov.gr).
c) the website finddoctors.gov.gr
The application finddoctors.gov.gr is accessed using TAXISNET codes or the AIFY codes that you have received from your personal doctor. By selecting “New Appointment” you are transferred to the screen through which you can search for a new appointment. There you complete the search criteria: Date from-to, Prefecture, Appointment Agency and Specialty. More information can be found in the User Manual.

When you arrive for your appointment and before your visit to the clinic, it is necessary to register your attendance at the Outpatient Clinics Secretariat.
